Who are our customers?

All the customers of FINADEV establishments are victims of exclusion from the banking system who are in search of funding.

They are mostly women traders, microentrpreneurs, small earners of no interest to commercial banks as their transactions are unofficial, with no financial status, no security and their funding needs are for very small amounts.

Our customer base is therefore very varied.

How to become a customer?

All you have to do to become a customer of a FINADEV establishment is to turn up at one of our counters.

Our staff also go out in the field, mostly urban markets, in search of traders, to raise awareness and train people in the principles of microfinance.

What products and services are on offer?
