Your access code

You can only access our on-line services if you have a user-name and a secret code.

  • The username is given to you by your bank when you sign up for our on-line services. Should you lose your code, contact your bank as soon as possible.

  • The secret code is sent directly to your home address. It is known only to you. You should never reveal it to anyone else for any reason or by any means (telephone, fax, e-mail, etc).

You should not even reveal it to FINANCIAL BANK employees, who shall have no cause to ask for your code.

Authentication failure

You may attempt to enter your password three times. After three consecutive incorrect entries, your password will be revoked and access to your accounts blocked. Only your branch may restore your password.

For security reasons, the password must never be sent by e-mail.

Automatic logout

You will be automatically logged out after five minutes of inactivity. This is designed to prevent any other person from accessing your accounts in your absence if you left your computer without having logged out.

To log out manually, click on “Log out” when you have finished.

If you wish to reconnect, you will have to log in afresh by entering your client username and secret code again.
