A Code of Professional Ethics

A code of practice is not about constraints, but a positive procedure that is in everybody's interests. This contributes to the development of FINANCIAL Group's business.

Adherence to the code of ethics by Group staff is a reflection of values that are shared by all our staff, irrespective of their level of responsibility.

A Code of professional ethics is in force in the FINANCIAL Group. It embodies our principles, ambitions, and commitment to excellence. It reaffirms the fundamental ethical principles, and guides us in our actions.

Adherence to rules and respect for persons

Every individual's behaviour should be governed by good faith and honesty. Every individual should adhere to the law and regulations in force, particularly those that apply specifically to banking, in the interests of all stakeholders. / Learn More.

Knowing & Understanding our Clients

The FINANCIAL Group has a number of procedures and means to ensure that it can identify and get to know its customers. Very specific rules apply to the process of taking on new customers and of setting up and updating their files.

Preventing conflicts of interests

The FINANCIAL Group has put decision-making systems into place to prevent this risk, in particular by separating out the decision-making and processing functions, and by the fact that credit is granted by group decision.

Combating money laundering and the finance of terrorism

TBanks in the FINANCIAL Group have adopted an Internal Procedures Manual to counter money-laundering and the finance of terrorism.
In this connection, all members of staff are bound by an obligation of vigilance. Vigilance is based on a good knowledge of the customer. The bank will not do business or undertake financial transactions with natural persons or legal entities whose business or identity it does not know. / Learn More.
