For transactions – For access – For your computer
We have put in place a range of security measures to enable you to carry out your on-line transactions with peace of mind. You will need to familiarise yourself with the technology used and abide by the security rules described below.
To access to our on-line services, you will need to use an identifier and a secret code.
Allocation of the identifier
Your advisor will allocate your customer code when you subscribe to our on-line services.
Should you lose your code, please contact your advisor immediately.
Allocation of the secret code
The secret code will be sent direct to your address. Only you will know it. Never disclose it to a third party in any way (telephone, fax, e-mail etc.) or for any reason. Do not disclose it to employees of FINANCIAL BANK, who will never ask you for it.
Security procedures
- Communication protocol: data is SSL128 or SSL256 encrypted during transmission. Your web browser must allow this encryption which guarantees that when you transmit your codes the connection is totally secure, thus preventing any interception by third parties.
Before you send any sensitive information, check that you are on a secure page: secure web pages start with ‘https://’, or ‘http sécurisé’ rather than ‘http://’.
- Automatic log-off: You will be logged off automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity. This reduces the risk of others accessing your accounts in your absence where you have not logged off beforehand. To log off yourself, click on ‘Déconnexion’’ when you have completed your transactions.
- Cookies: we use cookies to secure our site. These small files stored in the memory by your browser help us to identify you and speed up your browsing. You must therefore authorise cookies for our site.
